毕业设计(论文)是大学生在校期间学习的最后阶段;是在教师指导下由学生综合运用 所学基础理论和专业知识并结合科研、 生产实际而进行的一项创造性工作; 是对学生学习和 掌握的理论知识、 专业知识和实验动手能力的一次综合训练和考评; 是对学生的外语和计算 机的运用能力、查阅资料、手册、上网查资料能力和撰写研究报告、科研论文能力的综合训 练。为了进一步规范本科生毕业设计(论文)阶段的各个教学环节,使之符合培养目标的要 求,特制定本规定。 一、毕业设计(论文)选题 (一)本着坚持科学性、实践性、创新性、前瞻性和综合性的原则进行选题。理工科类毕 业设计(论文)选题应尽量从生产、科研和教学的实际问题中选定,其难度和工作量应适合学 生的知识、 能力和相应的实验条件; 也可以选择模拟性质的题目, 这类题目要保证教学需要, 但不宜连年重复,要“假题真做” ,对学生要严格要求。文科、管理类本科选题应根据所学 专业特点,尽量从经济、管理、社会发展的实际问题中选定,其难度和工作量应适合学生的 知识和能力。学生的论文应尽量做到在某一方面有新意。 (二)毕业设计(论文)的内容应属于学生所学或相关专业范围,达到全面训练学生的目的。 在做设计期间应完成一个完整的工作, 做研究论文的学生在答辩前应达到独立完成一篇学术 论文的水平, 完成一个大题目中某一部分的同学应对整个题目有全面的了解, 数名学生同做 一个题目时也要各有侧重,反映出各自的水平。 (三)毕业设计(论文)题目先由指导教师申报,经系主任和学科负责人审定。题目的确定 按照“双向选择”的原则进行,教师先向全班学生介绍题目情况,学生填写选题志愿,教师 根据学生志愿,确定其题目,最后由系主任确定学生的毕业设计题目。 二、指导教师 (一)毕业设计(论文)指导教师原则上要由具有主讲教师资格的教师担任,如情况特殊, 也可由助教担任指导教师,但应有副教授以上的教师协助指导。 (二)指导教师负责制定毕业设计(论文)任务书,教师对学生的指导既要管教学又要管思 想,还要管纪律, 要注意言传身教。教师要经常到现场了解工作进程,回答问题,解决困难, 要认真指导论文写作,检查学生的毕业设计(论文)工作日志,记载检查结果。指导毕业设计 期间,教师外出不得超过一个月,外出时应委托其他教师指导。 (三)需要在工厂或校外其它单位进行的毕业设计,可聘请该单位具有中级以上技术职称 的技术人员参加指导工作,但学校必须派教师参加立题、检查和答辩,确保论文质量。 三、对学生的要求 1.毕业设计(论文)必须符合《哈尔滨理工大学本科毕业设计(论文)撰写规范》的要 求,否则不能取得参加答辩的资格。 2、努力学习、勤于实践、勇于创新,独立保质保量完成毕业论文(设计) ,不得弄虚作 假和抄袭、拷贝他人的成果,否则毕业论文(设计)成绩按不及格论处。 3、学生要尊重指导教师,虚心向指导教师学习,接受指导教师的指导和检查。 4、遵守纪律,保证出勤每天 8 小时,在校外进行毕业论文(设计)的学生,应遵守有

关单位的作息时间。学生遇事病等,需请假 1 至 2 天,需经指导教师批准,请假 3 天以上, 需经学院批准,累计旷课 5 天(含 5 天)或请假 15 天(含 15 天)者,其毕业论文(设计) 按不及格论处,需重修。 5、学生调研或实验时,爱护仪器设备,节约材料,严格遵守操作规程及有关部门规定, 严禁在工作场所戏嬉、打闹、打扑克、下棋等。 6、定期打扫教室(或实验室)卫生,保持良好的学习和工作环境。 四、毕业设计(论文)检查 毕业论文(设计)检查工作须按以下程序进行: 选题→开题检查→中期检查→结题验收→答辩→归档 (一)学生在毕业论文(设计)工作期间必须使用“毕业设计(论文)工作日志” ,按要求详 细填写,该日志作为每次检查和评分的依据。 (二)学生在调研、充分理解工作目的基础上,经开题检查后方可进入毕业论文(设计) 工作。开题应在选题后一到三周之内完成,开题时学生应提交文献综述和工作进度安排。开 题检查的要点如下: 1、学生是否己充分理解了课题的内容和要求; 2、学生的工作计划是否切实可行; 3、是否具备课题所要求的试验条件。 开题检查不合格者,必须在一周内重做。 开题检查,中期检查、结题验收均由检查小组执行,检查小组由 3 名左右教师组成,其 中至少有一名具有高级职称。检查小组的主要成员应参加答辩委员会。 (三)中期检查应在毕业设计进行中间进行,检查要求为: 1、学生是否按计划完成规定工作,所遇到的困难能否克服; 2、学生在设计工作期间的表现; 3、题目是否恰当,教师是否负责。 (四)结题验收 理工类结题验收在试验或设计工作完成后,论文书写前进行,检查要点为: 1、仔细审查学生的设计图纸是否合格,实验数据是否完备可靠; 2、在实习现场检查试验结果或试验演示操作或计算机程序实际运行结果; 文科、管理类结题验收在论文定稿前进行,检查要点为: 1、论文的基本观点是否正确: 2、论文所用的数据资料是否真实可靠。 五、毕业答辩 (一)答辩委员会由院(部) 、系负责组成,由多于五名的具有讲师以上职称的教师组成, 其中至少有二名具有高级职称,由院(部)指定主席和秘书。需聘请校外人员担任答辩委员 会成员时应由主管院长批准。 答辩委员会以协商或投票方式给学生评出成绩, 一个专业或班级分设几个答辩组时, 要 统一考虑。 (二)答辩前五天,将毕业设计(论文)及任务书统一装袋上交指导教师,进行形式审查。 毕业设计(论文)必须符合《哈尔滨理工大学本科毕业设计(论文)撰写规范》的要求,形式 审查不合格者,不能参加答辩。 (三)学生必须在答辩前 48 小时,将毕业设计(论文)全部材料、毕业设计(论文)工作日志 和指导教师评语交答辩委员会。 答辩委员会把材料转给评阅教师审阅, 评阅教师要写出评语 或给出分数。 每个学生答辩时间为半小时左右,要出示有关图表、数据或实物,讲解十五分钟,理工
